Roles and Responsibilities


  • 3+ Years' experience in Institutional / Corporate Sales
  • Experience in selling Automation / Capital equipments to Pharma or FMCG companies preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English

  • ROLE:

  • Meet up with CXOs of Pharma / FMCG companies in India
  • Discuss packaging automation bottlenecks and solutions
  • Work with technology / R&D teams back in the company to derive possible solutions
  • Work with Finance teams to arrive at the costing, work with pre-sales team on quotations, POCs etc
  • Work with Technology / Installation teams for smooth development and deployment of the project
  • SPOC for all clients through the product life cycle
  • Achieve budgeted targets and work on market expansion
  • Be involved in Marketing initiatives


  • B.Tech / BE graduates with a minimum of 3 years in Sales

  • Should have sold capital equipment or high value products or solutions to Pharma / FMCG / Food & Beverages

  • Understanding of GMP (good manufacturing practices)

  • Understanding of industrial automation

  • Understanding of packaging processes in manufacturing/assembly lines

  • Ability to analyse, monitor and create accountability of meeting sales targets

  • Ability to own leads and work independently.

  • Confidence to deal directly with large clients.

  • Willingness to travel regularly and spend 20% of working days at the client locations if required

  • Strong communication & presentation skills, oral and written

  • Proficiency in English

  • LOCATION:Bangalore

  • SALARY:10-15 LPA
