- ROLE: Sales Manager -
- Recruit a team of Relationship Officers and motivate them to generate affordable Home Loan Business.
- Responsible for achieving targets month on month consistently.
- Sourcing files through open market, builders, connectors, DSA’s.
- Responsible for empanelment of channel partners, DSA’s, Connectors.
- Visiting all the Branches as per geography assigned and generate business through existing customers
- Conducting the sales promotion activity like loan mela, to increase the business.
- Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format.
- Min 3 to 7 Years in Home Loans Sales(Preferably in Affordable Home Loan Sales)
- Preference in NBFC
- Team handling experience is must.
- LOCATION: Bangalore, Mysore, Hosur
- SALARY : 6-8 LPA + incentives
UG:Any Graduate in Any Specialization
PG:Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
