Roles and Responsibilities

One of the fastest growing home loans companies in the private sector, part of one of the largest NBFCs in India

  • ROLE: Sales Manager -

  1. Recruit a team of Relationship Officers and motivate them to generate affordable Home Loan Business.
  2. Responsible for achieving targets month on month consistently.
  3. Sourcing files through open market, builders, connectors, DSA’s.
  4. Responsible for empanelment of channel partners, DSA’s, Connectors.
  5. Visiting all the Branches as per geography assigned and generate business through existing customers
  6. Conducting the sales promotion activity like loan mela, to increase the business.
  7. Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format.


  1. Min 3 to 7 Years in Home Loans Sales(Preferably in Affordable Home Loan Sales)
  2. Preference in NBFC
  3. Team handling experience is must.
  4. Graduate

  • LOCATION: Bangalore, Mysore, Hosur

  • SALARY : 6-8 LPA + incentives
