Roles and Responsibilities

  • ORGANISATION

A 30 year old and a leading manufacturer, trader and wholesaler in India, specialized in garments and accessories.

  • ROLE

  • Head - Business Development will be responsible for driving entire Affiliate/ Agents / Multi-Level Marketing Program in the country. He/She will be responsible to build theclothing brand through affiliate marketing channel across the world by empaneling quality and effective affiliate, help the company churn regular repeat business and in process make the affiliate earn passive income.

  • Must be at a leadership position at present and have the ability to build by appointing sizeable affiliates, empowering them to deliver consistently. A clothing background experience will be preferred though NOT A MUST

  • CANDIDATE

  1. 15-18 years experience
  2. In-depth knowledge of Affiliate / Multi-Level Marketing program through various platforms and medium.
  3. Those who worked in the Insurance Industry, handling, appointing agents also will be suitable
  4. Must have clear cut understanding the challenges and the ability to address them effectively.
  5. Should have handled a business more than 100 crore through affiliate marketing program / marketers
  6. Must possess business strategist ability to chalk out complete business plan.
  7. Must have strong exposure in building agency model and appointing various affiliates /agents & multilevel marketers across the country
  8. Should have hands on experience in identifying quality and productive affiliates / agents / multi-level marketers who will ensure the program run by the company is effective.
  9. Must have exposure to have run such a program in his / her previous company
  10. Background having handled PAN INDIA operations.
  11. Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • LOCATION : Hyderabad

  • SALARY : 10-12 Lacs PA
