- 6- 8 Years of experience in handling Retail Sales
- Prior experience in handling company owned / operated outlets preferred
- Planning, Outlet expansions, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing experience for Retail Business
- Good communication skills
A high-end chain of Spa, Salon and Skin care Clinics with 13 outlets across Bangalore and Mumbai. They have more than 650 employees
ROLE: The role holder will be responsible for building and implementing the enterprise level retail strategy, concept around outlets for better product mix representation . Responsible for the overall management of the retail business by ensuring that both the operational and commercial sides run smoothly.
- To drive the enterprise vision for retail through strategic planning, operational management and good leadership of people. Create long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management.
- Maximize profitability by exceeding store sales plan, KPI goals and driving store sales targets for the team.
- Analyze current and future outlet sales trends, proactively identifying business opportunities to improve sales metrics
- Build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.
- Becoming a merchandiser extraordinaire! Shelves should be stocked and attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner
- Build the concept, Implement across outlets, Manage and oversee store merchandising and responsible to maintain store look and feel in a compelling and exciting manner, while in accordance with company directives
- Consistently ensuring the outlet is fully stocked with merchandise, managing inventory levels, and product flow
- Maintain procurement processes for all outlets related to Retail.
- Overseeing retail inventories and ensuring minimum deviations.
- Directly recruit, hire and develop the store team to success, coaching staff through consistent feedback to create a team of strong brand ambassadors with excellent customer service via regular on floor visits and periodic engagement.
- Work on strategic vendor collaborations.
- Drive brand awareness and brand advocacy to exceed projected goals to include teaming up with partners to raise awareness across the regions.
- Ensure competent market analysis and insights to contribute towards business strategy
- Cross functional collaborations with Enterprise marketing, operations team to engage with existing clientele.
- Working with the Marketing team to plan out the retail marketing strategy and how to acquire new clients
- Developing Training content and conducting training workshops for teams followed by assessments.
- To provide leadership to all areas of the Academy so that it is able to deliver well rounded growth across all categories of the course
- Should have at least 6-8 years of relevant experience in management and retail sales with proven track record or equivalent experience.
- Graduate / MBA
- Retail know-how with hands-on experience managing all aspects of a retail
- Demonstrated track record of improving sales figures and KPI achievements
- Prior experience in Retail / Consumer brands / Beauty / Cosmetics / FMCG Products preferred.
SALARY : 12-14 LPA
