Program Manager (IT – Retail Industry), 30-35 LPA, Bangalore

1. Responsible for managing one large program transformation programs.
2. Work with one or more practices / service lines and customer organization to build the team drive the solution / strategy and then continue to deliver the program.
3. Manage Project / Program delivery as per plan by working with Product owners, architects and rest of the project team members to estimate, plan and deliver projects in a Hybrid agile model
4. Work with different teams within Customer organisation and collaborate to deliver projects with stringent timelines.
5. Responsible for managing stakeholders and updating them on project progress.
6. Undertake status review meetings among project team members and clients.
7. Be proactive in managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
8. Demonstrate the identification of risks and issues, analyse and understand their root causes, identify mitigation and resolutions.

1. 10+ years in Program / Project Management for Software Development projects
2. Prior industry background in Retail is a must
3. Should have a background in Java or Angular application development
4. Good to have Agile Scrum Certification and Experience in managing projects in Agile
5. Good to have PMP / Academy Certified Project Manager
6. Should have experience in handling mid-size/large size project and strong understanding of software development cycle
7. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
8. Possesses Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication skills with Service oriented attitude to build Productive Work Relationship and Goal-oriented Customer focus
9. Remote people management skills
