Roles and Responsibilities


A reputed brand in the field of Education and Ed-Tech and a part of a multi-billion dollar conglomerate. They are one of the largest educational groups in India.


You will be leading the inside sales team and operations, including setting up the call center team, processes, quality systems and performance management. The objective of the inside sales team is to call Graduate and PG students who are doing professional courses such as Medicine, Engineering and Management etc. and offer them e-learning modules and courses. The teams is responsible for conversion of leads into enrolments.
  • Set up the call center for outbound sales team
  • Set up system, processes and performance monitoring systems
  • Set and track sales targets for the team
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales


  • 10 to 15 years experience, with a good number of years handling Inside Sales / Outbound Tele-Sales
  • SHOULD be currently working as Inside Sales Manager or above in aEdTech company
  • Prior experience in setting up an Inside Sales Process is highly desired
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

SALARY : 25-30 LPA
