- 10+ Years in Customer Service / Customer Success in B2C sector
- Prior experience in Ed-Tech or Education preferred
- Should be currently leading a Team as a Manager

  • ROLE

An incredible opportunity for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join an early-stage medical Ed-Tech product team. We are looking for a driven, experienced person to join a newly formed Product team to oversee Customer Success for newly acquired customers to ensure that the service and operations are best in class. The Customer Success Manager must be an excellent process handler, be execution and
targets focused, and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Above all, be able to relate to the Customer, anticipate areas of help required and proactively plan for contingencies.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage customer onboarding to ensure the most effective deployment of the product by delivering consultative training and content enablement for our customers
  • Primary point of contact to key customer stakeholders and ensuring their success
  • Guide the customer with onboarding, adoption, and usage of the product
  • Maintaining high levels of engagement throughout the lifecycle of the customer and seeking feedback at every point
  • Supporting customers proactively to successfully use and operationalize the product
  • Lead and direct the customer service team to ensure superlative experience and also contribute in an individual capacity
  • To design and implement key processes to provide best-in-class customer experience post order placement
  • To drive key customer satisfaction parameters like quick response time and SLA adherence to have happy customers
  • To setup a closed loop process to provide end-to-end support to customers
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with the customers by treating them cordially and ensuring they are held in high esteem, to make them patronize the brand continuously

  • CANDIDATE

  1. 10+ years of relevant experience
  2. Experience in b2c background handling a Education /EdTech Brand is a plus
  3. Should be proactive, organized and data driven
  4. Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Team player able to wear many hats, and add on more hats when needed
  8. Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

  • LOCATION : Bangalore

  • SALARY : 20-25 LPA
