Roles and Responsibilities


- Currently working as a Community Manager for a Co-working center
- Excellent communication skills


Experts in providing vibrant and buzzing co-working & furnished work spaces with focus on creating a vibrant start up community in the Startup capital – Whitefield, Bangalore.


A Self motivated individual who is outgoing with high social skills to network with start up
communities and build a vibrant community and grow the business across.

  • Managing all member requests, needs, and relations within the community.
  • Fielding incoming space and membership inquiries and requests via email, phone ans social media, as well as assisting all visitors and guests of members
  • Greeting prospective members, giving tours of the facility, and following up to gauge their interest in our community.
  • Registering new members and acclimating them to the community.
  • Planning and coordinating onsite events, meetings, and monthly open office hours.
  • Creating and monitoring new organizational systems to increase our efficiency and improve ourcommunity.
  • Generating weekly reports on our membership, sales and marketing programs.
  • Assisting rt staff with social networking, contributing to the blog,
  • Lead the online marketing & Sales initiatives.
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed, related to managing the space, the amenities, and the membership.
  • Digital Marketing experience will be highly desirable but not required.

  • Currently working as Community Manager / Executive with a co-working space.
  • Customer service and hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Interest in business, particularly in start-up and small enterprise
  • Energetic, outgoing and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with people in a social working environment.
  • Attention to detail, top organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent work ethic.
  • Willingness to pitch in, roll sleeves up and get dirty!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in shared web-based programs, such as Google Apps, DropBox, CRM, etc.

LOCATION : Bangalore (Whitefield)

SALARY : 40K per month


UG:Graduation Not Required
