Roles and Responsibilities
- ORGANISATION:
A well established educational institution
- ROLE
- Head the inbound call center for the education
- Lead a team of about 30 in ensuring top class service delivery to students and parents
- Clarify questions from Students / Parents on education, course details, fee structure etc
- Resolve complaints, if any, as per the SLA
- Continuously improve on the quality of service, measure performance, report to the senior management on a daily basis.
- CANDIDATE
- 10-12 years of call center, currently handling the role of Manager
- Domestic call center experience preferred
- Should be able to handle the call center responsibilities independently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Graduate
- SALARY : 10 - 12 LPA
- LOCATION: Bangalore
