A boutique consulting firm focused on Consulting & ISV partnership.
deep expertise in implementing and customizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud and over the last 10 years of our Salesforce Practice and have implemented over 200+ projects.


  • Manage sales for HRMS product within corporate/ SMEs in India.
  • Meet Head of HR, CEOs, CTOs and discuss the product requirements, organise demos, close sales
  • Sales Target: Managing an Independent Target of 3000 Lives ( bring in Revenue b/w 50-70 lacs/year) for the first year to be onboarded for Empower HCM.
  • Responsibility for Generating Leads through Cold Outreach, Lead Generation
    Agencies, Webinars etc.
  • Demo: Be able to give Product Demos to prospective clients.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Responsible for Commercials Calculation and Negotiation with the client.
  • Ability to Create the Proposal and anchor elements and Scope of
  • Handover of Client to Operations team at the Closure of Deal
  • Operations: Review and work closely with the Sales Head. Review with the Management once a week
  • Process Driven Sales.


  • Preferable 1-3 years experience in HRMS/HCM Sales, else any SaaS Sales.
  • You can create rapport with clients easily.
  • Discovering Prospects’ Pain point and align Storyline accordingly.
  • Good in Product Demos.
  • Prior Exposure to Salesforce/ Microsoft Ecosystem would be good to have.
  • Open to Learning and growth and willing to work hard for the same.
  • Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
