Roles and Responsibilities

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Experience in Student Acquisition for Medical Programs abroad OR experience in Hotel Sales (hospitality sales) with a reputed hotel
- Good network of Channel Partners for Medical Admissions
- 4-8 years of experience

ORGANISATION

A reputed brand in the field of Education which runs several world class Universities, Medical Institutions in India and abroad

ROLE

  1. Responsible for the sales effort, new students acquisitions and New Partner tie ups for a reputed Medical Institution, abroad.
  2. Build relations with Partners (Education Consultants) School Principals, School Councilors, Parents and Key Medical based training institutes.
  3. Connect with Industry Practitioners & Thought Leaders
  4. New Partner Sigh ups
  5. Student Acquisition ( Medical Programs )
  6. Managing and growing client Relations
  7. Conduct School Connect Programs
  8. Conduct Customer Events like Education Fairs, Institutional engagement etc.

CANDIDATE

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing with at least 4-8 years of experience in Sales /
    Student Acquisition for Medical Programs abroad and managing relations
    of New and existing partners/ client organisations
  • Other skills like Concept Sales, Training Sales, New Client Acquisition,
    Individual Contributor, Account Management, Cross Functional
    Engagement
  • Proven successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Should have demonstrated configuring solutions in multiproduct proposition scenarios and should have demonstrated a deep understanding of the solution being configured
  • Should demonstrate a good functional understanding of the business and
    should be capable of quickly understanding new businesses, sectors and
    industry verticals
  • Presentable and excellent in communication skills
