Roles and Responsibilities

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 5+ Years of experience
  • Must have experience in selling IT-Services or IT Consulting to clients in US and / or Europe
  • Should be willing to work on the end-to-end BD process (no team)
  • Excellent communication skills

ORGANISATION

A Software services and product company founded in 2013. They work with clients in US and Europe on cutting edge technologies including Angular, React, NodeJS, AWS Server less, Python, Django, Android, IOS Native, Ionic Framework, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and MongoDB


ROLE

Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business with enterprise prospects based in US, Europe, Asia Pacific and India.
  1. Target and educate prospects, via presentations and calls.
  2. Work closely and collaborate with Pre-sales and product operations teams
  3. Provide timely customer feedback to the management and marketing teams
  4. Provide regular updates, projections and forecasts of sales activities
  5. Attend conferences and industry related events as needed
  6. Meet annual sales budget targets.
  7. Play an active role in devising strategies to meet business targets, as a part of Senior Management

  • CANDIDATE

  1. An established and successful enterprise software sales professional with a strong solution selling background calling at the C-level of enterprise customers
  2. Prior experience in IT-Services or IT-Consulting sales is a must (experience in SAAS sales will not qualify)
  3. Bachelors Degree, plus 5+ years of experience in successful software sales / solution sales with a proven track record of quota achievement
  4. Software selling experience is a must have; experience selling complex enterprise technology, with accounting, HRIS or ERP, and related services
  5. Strong solution selling experience with enterprise IT Services solutions to the C-level in Fortune 1000 companies
  6. Ability to establish and maintain executive level relationships and to tailor solutions based on their needs

  • SALARY: 10-15 Lacs (can go up for a good candidate)

  • LOCATION: Bangalore (preferred) or anywhere in India

UG:B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
