Roles and Responsibilities

ORGANISATION

A reputed brand in the field of Education and Ed-Tech and a part of a multi-billion dollar conglomerate. They are one of the largest educational groups in India.

ROLE

1. HR Audit and Compliance Documentation
  • a. Ensure documentation and process completion
2. HCM system data management
  • a. Updating HCM (SAP) data in line with employee life cycle requirements
  • b. Pre-hiring / Hiring process
  • c. Separation process
  • d. Routine lifecycle update
  • e. Contract renewal and contract closure
  • f. Digitization of employee files
3. Leave Administration
  • a. Leave crediting
  • b. Year end leave closing and
4. Payroll processing
  • a. Consolidation and validation of inputs
  • b. Coordination with HR SPOCS
  • c. Off roll employees
  • i. Consolidate and provide inputs for Off roll employees
  • ii. Invoice validation and payment processing
  • d. Ensuring audit trail
5. Contract employment / vendor management
  • a. Hiring and onboarding of resources
  • b. Monthly payroll processing
  • c. Leave Management
  • d. Separation and exit
  • e. PMS and Salary review
6. Employee Grievance handling / HR Helpdesk
  • a. Ensuing TAT for resolutions
  • b. Directing queries to the right team members
  • c. Ensure quality of service
7. MIS
  • a. Publish Reports monthly
  • b. Unit and consolidated (International also)
8. HR Automation – Automation of HR processes
9. Information Confidentiality: the employee shall keep all information that comes to his knowledge confidential.
10. Other Tasks and Duties as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.


CANDIDATE

  • MBA in HR with 4 to 6 years experience in HR Ops in Service Industry (preferably IT, ITES)
  • Prior experience in working on SAP HR module is desired
  • Should be very good in Excel with experience in MIS, reporting, tabulation etc
  • Should have good understanding on PF, Gratuity, Income Tax calculation - inorder to explain to employees if there are any queries
  • Should be able to resolve employee queries with respect to their IT / PF / compliance related questions. Should be customer sensitive
  • Manage all employee records - from joining to relieving

LOCATION : Bangalore (North)

SALARY : 6.5 to 8 LPA




Education

UG:Any Graduate

PG:MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
