Roles and Responsibilities
- ORGANISATION
A well established manufacturing company with plants in Kochi, Chennai and Pune
- ROLE
- Manage HR activities ie Recruitment, Induction Process, Performance Appraisals, Training, Employee Engagements, Employee Retention and Exit formalities.
- Leave Management.
- Employee Benefits and Compensation- Payroll, Bonus Calculation.
- Industrial Relations.
- Legal ,Statutory Compliance & Liasoning – PF, ESIC, Labour Department, Factories and Boilers, Pollution Control Board etc.
- Employee Welfare Measures – Coordinating wrt Union, Canteen, Works Committee Meetings and Implementing activities.
- Contract Labour Management.
- CSR activities.
- General Upkeep of the Plant and its Facilities.
- CANDIDATE
- MBA – HR/ Personnel Management
- 5-7 yrs experience in HR, Compliances and HR Admin
- Experience in handling Trade Unions is a must
- Experience in Manufacturing industry (preferred)
- LOCATION : Kochi (Ernakulam)
- SALARY : Up to 8 LPA

PG:MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations, Any Specialization
