A fast growing IT firm specialised in Software for Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions

  • ROLE

Will head sales for North and East India, handle Sales Managers.

  1. Contribute to the Company's vision and strategy.
  2. Getting relevant B2B / Enterprises customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
  3. Strategize and Develop Key Accounts across industrial segments.
  4. Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
  5. Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
  6. Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities


  1. 10-12+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Supply Chain / Business Operations.
  2. Proven expertise in the planning and successful execution of new business strategies. Experience in selling technology based products or SAAS products will be a ++
  3. Must have an experience in presenting the solutions to top management of the large corporates
  4. Should have a strong connect with corporate clientele and should have good knowledge of various manufacturing Verticals like Electrical Industries etc.
  5. Should have experience in making cold calls and lead generation processes.
  6. MBA/PGDM in Sales / Marketing / SCM from Tier1 College preferred

  • LOCATION : Delhi

  • SALARY : 15-20 LPA + incentives

Required Candidate profile

You are currently handling sales for a Software firm. You could be either from SAAS, ERP, Solution Sales or Product Sales. A good candidate is a Sales Manager with experience in selling solutions to top corporate companies
