Will head sales for North and East India, handle Sales Managers.
- Contribute to the Company's vision and strategy.
- Getting relevant B2B / Enterprises customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize and Develop Key Accounts across industrial segments.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
- Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results
- Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities
- 10-12+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Supply Chain / Business Operations.
- Proven expertise in the planning and successful execution of new business strategies. Experience in selling technology based products or SAAS products will be a ++
- Must have an experience in presenting the solutions to top management of the large corporates
- Should have a strong connect with corporate clientele and should have good knowledge of various manufacturing Verticals like Electrical Industries etc.
- Should have experience in making cold calls and lead generation processes.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales / Marketing / SCM from Tier1 College preferred
- LOCATION : Delhi
- SALARY : 15-20 LPA + incentives
