A US based Customer Experience Management firm

  • Role :

  1. Manage Quality for Voice and Chat Support operations in India for US clients
  2. Implement Quality Guidelines and Processes
  3. Quality Assessment, improvement programs and meet client specifications
  4. Team performance, SLA adherence, target achievement
  5. Quality, Knowledge Mgt, Training, MIS
  6. Work with the team in US, Senior Management from the clients' end

  • Candidate

  1. 10+ Years experience handling Quality in an International Voice and Chat support BPO
  2. Experience in Voice and Chat support is essential
  3. Should have experience in handling US clients
  4. Quality and Process Certifications like Six Sigma is preferred
  5. Currently at a Managerial role, handling a large team
  6. OK to work from 1 PM to 10 PM

  • Location : Outer Ring Road, Bangalore

  • Salary : 12 LPA (transportation provided)
