- Responsible for growing the capabilities in BI & Analytics Business by developing and managing the existing client relationships and also aid in generating new sales business engagements.
- Understand the company and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients by developing solutions and offerings relevant to that client base.
- CXO relationships in the markets with Mid to Large Organizations (upwards of 1000 Cr. turnover).
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, vision and direction in creating high performing sales team.
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business including forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, performance management and team collaboration.
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Work with different internal teams to drive satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- 10 to 15 years of consulting sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets in a market-leading business-to-business sales organization
- Should have a proven record of accomplishment of consultative sales and complex contract negotiations; experience building and leading sales teams; the ability to articulate the company's strategy and vision to a variety of audiences; and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast-paced technology companies.
