Job Description :
Evaluate the market space in key areas of opportunity for BPO providers to extend their solutions. Develop recommendations on areas where the client can add value but would benefit from partnerships.

Develop strategies to create new channels of demand, expanding our offerings and aligning with leading customer experience platforms/services

Develop, Negotiate and Lead implementation of deals with 3rd parties supporting value added resellers, affiliate revenues, value-based pricing, preferred partnerships, licensing and referrals.

Make presentations to company executives and management teams to highlight business or marketing opportunities or to present the results of new strategies.

Candidate :
- 10+ years of extensive experience in business development, sales or strategy. Deep experience in assessing new markets, building business plans, creating deal frameworks and successful negotiations.
- Experience deploying new pricing models and using pricing as a strategy to encourage adoption, utilization and expansion of service delivery
-Experience in value based deal structures including VARs, Affiliates, resellers and preferred partnerships
- Have an analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
